How does Double Eyelid perform?

Double Eyelid in Thailand can be done with good results by doing the surgical technique without scars – “sewing technique”; although there may be holes in some positions where the excess fat are removed. Furthermore, the sewing technique can also enlarge the eyelids, if desired and specially requested.

While other older patients will most likely have slightly droopy eyelids with much excess skin, which will require the slitting of the eyelids, take out some parts of the muscles and also the excess fat. If the procedure would leave a long mark/scar, the surgical technique can hide the scars at the edge of the eyebrows or inside the head in order to raise the eyebrow slightly and cosmetically manage the excess on the sides.

In some cases, we may use liposuction or liposuction using RF around the edge of the eyes for the double eyelids to look beautiful; with no visibility of the slitting and the eyes will no longer be droopy. If this technique is devised, patients will see good results with no scars at the edge of the eyes, which may be a cause of the crow’s feet when smiling.

However, consultation about all of this before Double Eyelid Thailand, along with the drawing of the design of the eyes while sitting before the actual surgery is extremely important.
